Please note that DataCom is not a traditional online retailer that routinely sells material goods. We are a services company that provides services to our clients throughout Canada and the United States.

Items available here is surplus equipment that our company no longer requires and is at this time, mostly communications equipment that was in good working order before it was decommissioned.

If you order something from our online shop, your order will be submitted to our payment processor. Your order will be reviewed by us, and if all is in order, we will begin the shipping process and contact you with the shipping details or if additional information is required.

Please do not order anything from here if you are in an emergency situation and require something urgently.  Nothing available here is ready to go. If you want to place an order, please keep in mind that we need time to prepare it, which will include retrieving it from storage, packing it, completing any required documentation, and shipping it to you.

We will only ship across Canada and to the continental United States. Once international orders are shipped, you will be responsible for any assessment of customs duty and taxes or additional tariffs where applicable.
