Return and Refund Policy

At DataCom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure that you can easily return or exchange products that don’t meet your expectations.

Return Policy

You can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. To start the process, simply log in to your account dashboard and click “Return Product”.  If you made an online purchase as a guest and did not create an account, you can always register to create an account for access now and to access any future orders.

Please note that returns are only accepted for products that have been issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned product, we will assess it and issue a refund within 5-7 business days if all is in order. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.


The following products are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, software)
  • Custom-made products
  • Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer
  • Products that were sold “as is” or “all sales are final” or have been discounted

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 20% may be applied to returns that are not due to a defect or error on our part. This fee will be calculated based on the original purchase price of the product.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • If requested, photos or videos of the damage
  • A copy of the bill of lading or probill

We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.

Damage Assessment

It’s essential to assess any damage upon delivery. Please note any damage or shortages on the carrier’s receipt copy of the bill of lading or probill at the time of delivery. If you realize concealed damage after opening the package, stop unpacking and notify us immediately to request an inspection.


We warrant that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If a product is deemed defective by us during this period, we will at our discretion attempt to replace it if we still have it in stock, or provide a refund for the amount paid for the product.

International Returns

If you’re an international customer, please note that you are responsible for paying any unlikely customs fees, duties, or additional fees associated with returning a product. We recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking information and insurance for international returns.

Returned items that have been repaired or replaced will be shipped to you with our RMA and the completed customs invoice and schedule.

Changes to Return and Refund Policy

Any changes to the DataCom Return and Refund Policy will be posted here and will supersede all previous changes. For material changes, DataCom customers and subscribers will be contacted directly.
